During your LoanBeam implementation, an API connection between LoanBeam and Encompass was established.
As part of those set-up steps an Admin User at your company, who had the same email address in LoanBeam and Encompass was chosen to be used as part of the API Authentication.
If at any time, that LoanBeam Admin user changes their password in Encompass but fails to change it in LoanBeam (or vise versa) the following error will display -
To correct this issue the LoanBeam Admin user must update their password so that their password matches in both Encompass and LoanBeam.
