When creating a new application in LoanBeam EPC, why does the Borrower drop down only allow you to select the Primary Borrower?

 - The Borrower drop down selection box currently only allows you to select the primary borrower. This is by design. It maintains the current SDK integration functionality that supports ONE individually filed tax return or ONE joint tax return.  The system will still identify the applicable co-borrower if they are included on the uploaded joint tax return with the borrower or if only the co-borrowers individually filed tax return is uploaded.  In the future, we plan to enhance the LoanBeam Income EPC integration to allow for more than one single or joint application, which is why we designed the LoanBeam EPC integration to have a drop-down selection for the borrower when creating the application.

What is the 'Other ID' that is displayed on Encompass EPC LoanBeam orders?

 - The 'Other ID' is the EPC transaction ID.
