In early December 2025 LoanBeam clients will be provided information to transition their LoanBeam Encompass integration from SDK to EPC. Once transitioned, the following steps can be used to retrieve your LoanBeam results in Encompass EPC.  Note: LoanBeam applications created for a loan using the SDK integration will be accessible via the new EPC interface.

Clients will receive an email when the application they submitted to LoanBeam has been processed and the Qualifying Income (QI) statement is ready for review. To review the results of the LoanBeam income calculation, API-integrated Encompass EPC users should access the App by logging in to Encompass.

STEPS:

Log in to Encompass

Next, go to the top right corner and click the dotted box to select Pipeline.

Once in your Pipeline, select the loan for which you want to view the QI results.

After you click on the loan, you will be brought to the screen below. In the Additional Services box on th right, click on View Details - 

After clicking View Details, the results (all Excel worksheets selected), messages, and uploaded documents will appear in the integrated LoanBeam Encompass Dashboard -
