We're excited to announce that LoanBeam Income (LBI) is now available in Encompass EPC, ICE Mortgage Technology's cloud-based loan origination system (as of 12/08/25)

What This Means for You 
Existing LBI users on Encompass SDK, can now access the same powerful AI-driven income validation capabilities in the EPC environment. Whether you're continuing to use SDK or transitioning to EPC, LBI delivers the same accurate, automated income analysis you rely on today. 

Getting Started with EPC 
If you're planning to move to EPC or are already using the platform, implementing LBI is straightforward.

• We've created an Admin User Guide to support your transition.
• A knowledge article is available on our support portal to help if you are unsure of your current API credentials.
• A general End-User Guide is also available.

Important Points 

• Applications created in SDK will be accessible from the new EPC interface. This means submitting additional files to applications created in SDK is acceptable.  
• Connecting LBI and EPC does require limited set up by an Encompass Administrator. Directions on how to make those connections can be found in the Admin User Guide.  
• The LoanBeam integration with Encompass Partner Connect (EPC) utilizes the ICE Encompass security settings and does not reference LoanBeam IP Authentication settings.
