Dear Client,
In early 2023, we notified you that we discontinued the following workbooks from all LoanBeam Tax accounts, due to Chase’s risk team’s decision to stop supporting their Correspondent templates in LoanBeam:
- Chase Corr Agency [S] – Template ID 56
- Chase Corr Non-Agency [S] – Template ID 57
On Friday, November 10th, 2023, we will remove the options for these templates from the LoanBeam system. Although you may not use the above templates, their removal may negatively affect your ability to run applications altogether. Please review the information below to determine whether you need to take action to avoid service interruption. If you:
- Access LoanBeam via the Web Dashboard – No functionality will be affected. The templates will simply disappear from the available options.
- Access LoanBeam via Encompass – No functionality will be affected. The templates will simply disappear from the available options.
- Access LoanBeam via a different integration (e.g., Empower, Mortgage Cadence etc.) - You may need to remove the Template IDs for the above templates from your list of templates within the third-party administrative panel.
