For Loan Beam clients who use the online credit card option to purchase units, this feature will not be available after September 23rd for an undetermined period of time.
When accessing the Purchase Units page (under Billing & Reports) in the LoanBeam Tax Dashboard, a message will appear to inform clients that this service is not currently available and to direct clients to -
'Please contact your LoanLogics (FKA LoanBeam) Account Executive. Or, if you don’t know who your AE is, contact [email protected] to purchase units while this option is unavailable.'
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and will reinstate the feature as soon as we are able.
