The LoanBeam Tax platform calculates Qualified Income (QI) from FEDERAL TAX RETURNS.
LoanBeam’s patented calculation technology does "read" Tax Transcripts, but ONLY uses that data for comparison with the 1040's (as seen on the Transcripts Comparison tab below).
However, the system WILL NOT provide a monthly total income value based on Transcripts. The 1040 is needed to calculate monthly income.
