Error in Encompass - "Failed to create application. Application exist only in LoanBeam Dashboard"

A user in Encompass will see the alert "Error in Encompass - 'Failed to create application. Application exist only in LoanBeam Dashboard' if the user is attempting to create or update an application that was originally created on the LoanBeam website directly. 

 

Users do not have the ability to update an application in Encompass if it was originally created on the site. Yes, a user may update an app on the website if the file was created in Encompass due to the integration but not the other way around. Applications created on the website can only be updated via the website as well. The alert can be found below:
