Login Screen
Go to https://secure.loanbeam.com
- The LoanBeam login screen will appear for any users who not currently logged into LoanBeam.
- Enter your company issued email address that was registered with LoanBeam
- Enter the password that you previously created, then Click the "Login" button
- Please note that your password is case sensitive.
- No password yet? Click here to know the steps for activating a newly created account.
Successful Login
On successful login, you will be directed to the LoanBeam dashboard.

Failed Login
In the case you enter an incorrect email address or password, a message indicating the error will display.
- The number of attempts left before you are locked out will also be displayed.

Note: A user is allowed a maximum of 5 unsuccessful login attempts in a row. If the user enters an incorrect username and/or password more than 5 times then that user will be locked out of LoanBeam. To unlock your user account, please contact LoanBeam Support at [email protected].
If your user account is not yet activated then a message indicating that will be displayed on the page.
- You will need to activate your user account first before trying to login again.
Important:
If you are the first user created for a new account, then you should follow the steps for new account activation.
Forgot Password
If you forgot your password, click on the "Forgot Password?" link at the bottom of the window to setup a new password for your account.
