Overview

LoanBeam Processing Automation (LBPA) is a new service which includes LoanBeam income calculation results and in addition will return an Excel workbook that will provide:

  • Pre-Underwriting Automated Rules – Pre-built set of automated rules which use application and document data to clear pre-underwriting/processing conditions. Rules cover all “C’s” of credit, capacity, capital, collateral, and credit.

Additional documents and XML used to process Pre-Underwriting Automated Rules.

LoanBeam Processing Automation scans and analyzes the following loan documents for Automated rules.
