Overview
LoanBeam Processing Automation (LBPA) is a new service which includes LoanBeam income calculation results and in addition will return an Excel workbook that will provide:
- Pre-Underwriting Automated Rules – Pre-built set of automated rules which use application and document data to clear pre-underwriting/processing conditions. Rules cover all “C’s” of credit, capacity, capital, collateral, and credit.
Additional documents and XML used to process Pre-Underwriting Automated Rules.
LoanBeam Processing Automation scans and analyzes the following loan documents for Automated rules.

Important note! The MISMO 3.4 xml file application data, is critical to LBPA’s AR functionality.
A current version of the MISMO file must be uploaded each time rules are run to provide accurate finding results for new loans and updated loan packages.
File naming convention for LBPA files
The LBPA file naming convention does not support spaces in the filename. Examples of support filenames for upload are as follows:

LBPA Excel output report
The Automated Rule results are returned in an Excel spreadsheet to the same location as the Income results. The rules will provide the following information:
- Missing document alerts
- Missing or inconsistent field value alerts
- Document and data verification
Cover Page tab
The report contains an overview section with basic loan information and a summary of the finding alerts found on the loan. Below is a screenshot of the report:
Data Tab
The data tab contains the details of the document indexing, data extraction and findings results.
Columns A – N of data tab
This section of the report contains the general loan information including loan number, processing status and date created.
Columns O – AF of data tab
These columns provide the details of each of the findings tested on a loan. If a finding uses several data fields the report will include a line for each field used in the finding.
